Installed some OSRAM 4000k 501 sidelights. Definitely gone from yellow to white. Lovely!

And put in my Pipercrosss panel filter. Thank you kazand!!

I can actually hear it a bit more sucking noise. Didn't expect that. But the pipercrosss is about 1/4 the thickness of the stock paper filter

Glad to be of assistance :)

Order my road tax online on Tuesday, it turned up today, so put the new tax disc in the car £140 for 12 months, so not too bad

After that the day's got worse :(

took my car round to my folks house as there's plenty of space to wash it off the road, washed the car and discovered:

A. 1 inch long dent/crease in the roof from where it meets the windscreen and back. It's been 2 weeks since I washed the car and this dent wasn't there last time I washed it.

Now the car only takes me to work & back, and the usual pottering about at the weekend, so it's not on the road that much really & if I had been hit by a stone, or other road debris, I would have known about it. plus when at work, it's parked in a secure, guarded underground car park & I put it in a spot where no one else can park next to it

hopefully you can make it out, it looks like 2 dents in a line

you can see the 2 'creases' in this shot better:

B. when drying the car off, I thought my drivers door wind deflector looked a little odd, and sure enough, it was loose.
now I can only assume that some light fingered scrote had tried to prise it off, as mine were tight in the chanel & fitted properly.
so to save any further potential for theft/damage, I 've taken off my full set of Team Heko deflectors.

Fooking fuming at the moment. You get the car you want & spend time, money & effort keeping it nice and how do you get rewarded for it............:censored:

The design where the windscreen meets the roof is terrible - like a magnet for stone chips the way it sticks up

Is that a transfer of white paint to yours or the primer showing through. Maybe they have attempted to take your deflectors and not being able to have decided to damage your property instead. Shameful.

Saw this beastie on my way to work, had to stop for a look! Turns out it's up for sale, the owner had another one in the back of the showroom......

Its just a Supercopa, there are lots of them out there for sale, Looks a nice clean example of one though

20-30k is about going price for them depending on what revision they are running, Some are factory 300bhp, some are now pushing Stage2+ and some are running BT 400+

new they are 63,000 Euro + 21% VAT

I would say something has fell onto it ( Possibly from the roof of the garage? ). I doubt someone would just put a dent right in the middle of the roof and then walk off. If you're going to F*** someones car up, you make sure they will notice the damage, not discreetly dent the roof.

Was wondering when you'd pitch in. Apparently it's a proper balls out touring car. Can't remember how much he was after for it, it's in Morrisons in Stirling......

Its a factory built (By SEAT Sport in Abrera,Spain) "Supercopa" in other countries they have Supercopa championships. its different from the S2000 Touring Cars.

Manual,DSG and Sequential examples out there

as said above 20-30k is average price for one now there are lots of them out there though some are factory 300, some Stage2+ and some BT 400+

31k rings a bell. It was a salesman I spoke to, the owner was elsewhere, salesman wasn't too clued up aboot it. Sure he mentioned something like 380 bhp. That's the owners spare car, hence why he's selling it......
