I went for a test drive in a Citroen DS3* today. Then after I took the Leon on the same route, with the DSG in a mix of D, S and manual modes.

The Leon is SOOO much better to drive:D:D.

*With 20 more mpg, no tax and lower insurance, it's got to be considered.

The DS3 looks good. I tried it more to rule it out than anything. That, and to keep my left leg from atrophying. I got an hour's drive in the countyside using someone else's diesel.

the only good thing to come from the french, is the styling. i wont lie, i do like the looks of them.
everything else mind, IMO isnt great.

although, it depends on what ticks your boxes, not anyone elses when it comes to opinions to cars.

Kerbed my tyre on the way home from Dynodaze Charity RR but the alloy survived with a small scuff. A bulge has now showed up on my Dunlop tyre :( need a new tyre now, Maybe a Falken FK452

I was so close to getting a DS3 before I got the Leon, I found it very good to drive to be honest and the interior is far better than the Leon', although the driving position felt a little bit dis-jointed and you sat far too high. It also wheelspun like a bitch in the wet, which probably comes down to a under developed chassis for the respectable power it had ( 160hp ) :)

Oh and I think I have made my alloy choice. Lamborghini wheels

What do you think?
