It's different though isn't it? Kind of like your purple LCR, some people might not get it, but at the end of the day you like it which is what matters.RickC said:very good but i dont understand if you want power buy a petrol car, if you say you bought a turbo weasel for economy then thats out the window at 30 psi.

Yep the fuel econemy might go out the window whilst giving it some stick(currently between 15-18.9mpg) but on the way back from allards yesterday i averaged 54 mpg at a steady 65mph. So no, it doesnt really effect the econemy if you drive steady but if you drive it hard then the figures will drop.RickC said:very good but i dont understand if you want power buy a petrol car, if you say you bought a turbo weasel for economy then thats out the window at 30 psi.
Also you dont get a built in smoke screen with petrols, but with mine now i can shower peolpe in big clouds of ****RickC said:i have seen people on here sell their petrol whatever cos they are doing x amount of miles per day only to buy a diesel and then chip etc cos its not fast enough, well this is defeating the object is it not?
devonutopia said:diesels still average 45mpg - 50mpg when chipped though. Its not affected my overall mpg having 220 horses. The sticky tyres have though. Sometimes wish I could go back to 14" steels and little narrow tyres again and get 60+
By the way - I like your purple Cupra. something different.
Guage taps from the manifold though, so is reading actual pressure. Not sure where the ECU gets involved with a boost guage to be honest.
