Picked up my car today after Allards had it for a week. All i can say is WOW. there is a bit of lag while the turbo spools up but when it does all hell breaks loose. Its still pulling at 5000rpm and you should see the amount of soot it kicks out. Its like it has the injectors in it already lol. Ive not really gave it abuse from the start because i only have the standard clutch in, but once thats done next weekend i shall give it some real abuse. The highest boost and egt i have had is 30.75psi and 597 degrees exhaust temp.
Just need to be careful and not lose my licence now though as its even easier than before.
Well worth the money though and is recomended to anyone.

ive just spoke to this guy n he seems happy enough , u must try harder dan ive seen egts of 680 this week , tho thats silly speeds , no doubt u can better that , good luck with the car and even more frequent oil changes to keep it happy

Ill have a concervative guess at about 210-220bhp and about 350 lbft of torque, just need Jbs to get there rollers finished so i can see for real.
But yes its a massive increase in power considering it was only about 135bhp before.

I would love to see it in action first hand to see wether it worth me getiing another 20bhp+

Why not go the whole hog and get the vt5/7 turbo and injectors aswell then you'll be seeing about 250+
yep decided to do things right rather than just going chip =175bhp and thats it.
Hopefully the car should cope with the power pretty easily.
Im going Jbs next weekend to get the clutch done if you wanna meet there, or going to GTI international at santa pod on the 2nd april if you wanted to go there.
I think im gonna start charging for passenger rides as loads of people have asked to have a go in it. how about £2 a go, seems fair

the back wouldnt stay pink for very long though. it would always be a constant matt black from the amount of soot it kicks out.

Just been out for a quick blast, changed the reading from psi to Bar and it peaked at 2.22 bar yee ha lol

Not till next year. quaife this year, then bigger turbo and injectors next year
Then possibly propane aswell, would like to see 300 bhp in the end, then ill be happy
