Can you get a pic of just the sidelights when its dark please? I want some brighter sidelight bulbs :)

Will do :)

Sidelights look mint! Love the look of the front of your car mate. Is the number plate 3/4? Much better look than the standard size. Any problems with the cops?

Oh and my FMIC turned up today :D :D

Cheers Adam :D The front is sure looking better now, alot more aggressive and it has a stance at some angles I just adore, lol.

On the plate, no problems with the cops and it is 3/4 size. I drive past cops to and from work each day. Work over the road from a station and my car is in full view!! :cartman:

Yeah I saw the fmic and replied in your readers ride bud ;)
Quality delivery that!!

tom dont take this the wrong way you need to pick a colour red or blue mate still looks good tho.

Haha, wayne mate... I've been there before with the colour dilemma(see my jetex) thread, lol. I'm keeping red.. Still gotta get the upper boost hoses in red to match the fmic one's. The LCR is full of red bits, like the brembo's and the stitching and all the little touches in the interior that make it what it is. It would be a right effort changing the fmic hoses to blue now and I prefer red as it matches the brembo's and is a more aggressive colour

I'm not going blue for the sake of the jetex either. When the jetex wears out or I get bored of it, I'm going to fit an Apexi power intake or a K&N filter which will look fine in my bay.

I'm happy enough the way it is though and it's a bit individual :cartman:

UPDATE - Stubby aerial and tinted side repeaters both turned up so took the chance to fit these while the car had a full valet inside and out today! I like how the small mods make a massive difference to the visual appearance of your car.

Pics below. Admittedly quite a few pics haha..

Looks loads better than crystal ones I have those as well :)

Cheers Dan :)

Yeah I've still got the crystal one's that I got off ebay a couple of weeks ago, but I'm so glad I got these now. Proper suit the darker coloured LCR imo than crystal! Fitted straight on aswell.

I'm gona put the crystal one's up in the for sale section soon. But will warn people they won't fit later than 2003 model LC/LCR Mk1.

Looking good mate! How do you find the reception on that aerial? Mines awful as I said before but I dont have the booster like you do.

Side repeaters look great too. Much better that 'chav' crystal ones :)

Reception is about the same as the OEM aerial mate, so rubbish yeah ;) Even with the booster these cars just don't do radio very well for whatever reason  Good thing I listen to my ipod in the glovebox mainly I guess!

Cheers, I'm very happy I bought the smoked one's now, suits it perfect now they're on :)

Going to be sorting my wheel nut covers next, they're in a right mess! Covered in 'white-ish' mould and grime. I'm missing a set though on my back left.

Can I source these off ebay? I've got some silver spray for an old Pug wing mirror in the garage I was going to refurb my existing wheelnut covers in.

take them badges off lol looks good mate.

:-o wayne!

Lol no, I know they need doing really. Cheers though, it does look mint after a good clean!

When I get round to it I'm gona get all the badges done at once and maybe get the mk2 Cupra 'R' badge to replace the mk1 one on the back. All of them are past their cell by date :(
