can you see where exactly the rubbing is going on?
rear/front, inner/outer arch, front/rear of said arch etc?

yeah the front is rubbing on a small bubble shop bit of plastic on the inside of the front arch, this is catchin on both sides , as for the rear i think is catching the outside of the arch! do u think it could be down to the tyres then?

Im havent got a clue what to do now? shall i try the wheels with different tyres or just keep raising the coilovers up till they stop the rubbing! i dont think that its goin to stop the scrubbing on the front tho , it seems to be down to the width of the tyre!

any ideas?

try trimming 1st.... removing ends up coating the engine bay in crap

no point rolling the arches, with properly aligned wheels on 6-7J wheels you should be miles away

D'oh! I ripped em out a couple of hours ago.

I'm running 6x16" 20vT wheels now and they still rub! Alignment is the next job...

I bet your down too low. Mine used to do it when i first put my coilys on but now its set at a proper height.

You go down that low and you've gotta expect problems.

I've got 15mm spacers so i had to raise it, but yeah it rubbed on that bit on the front arch on lock.

Another thing is camber, if you've got positive on the front it'll be very close to the arch. I've found that out before after fitting suspension and the wheels back on then taking it to be tracked up.

Camber on the front is a possibility as craig said.... but the rear hmmmm cos camber on the rear cant be adjusted. The lower it is at the rear the more negative it gets.
