The Buzz protection suit gives you an extra 10% chance of survival in the event of a crash and includes fibre optic lights so the emergency services can find you in the wreckage of your Leon Buzz.

Made from a special lightweight material that will not reduce your top speed the suit has been designed to not only protect you. But make you the height of fashion in this seasons colours not withstanding help you to be noticed not just by Speed Camera's and Cops. jezyg you should be on stage man this is so funny

Big thank you to buzz for starting this all off :)

Buzz is a legend in his own mind and yes given us all a good smile so fair play to him :D

Review just in from Barryboys..........

'More speed, more emotions", says Seat about its new Leon Buzz, and we'll see about those emotions; I'm feeling only mild indifference. Sometimes marketing people should shut up and stop pretending people are going to fall passionately in love with their cars, especially if the car is as unlovable as this one. Instead they should concentrate on the reasons you might buy them.

Which in this case are those extra mph 140mph , in fact. And you're allowed to feel slightly smug about yourself – in the way that drivers of a Ferrari or Lamborghini do when going fast, especially when you stay with them and maybe even overtake them in a 1.9TDi. But this smugness comes at a price, because this car is not very reliable.

It uses any diesel by the bucket load 30mpg is the official combined figure, but I think I did better than that. I drove from London to Staffordshire and back at 140mph, and it cost me about £80. It's got one of those functions that tells you how many miles per gallon you're doing, and it's hard not to become obsessed: 30, 24, 20... 15 miles per gallon! OK, so I'm going downhill, with the wind behind me, and so slowly I've crept to 145mph. But, hey, I'm killing the planet. Well, destroying it more quickly and somewhere, much farther north, the polar bears are crying into their beer.

All cars should have massive mph displays, by law, because for most people seeing a high speed is an even bigger incentive to go faster than saving the world. We'd be increasing our emissions, as well as being poorer and dead (maybe there is a little bit of emotion involved after all). So many problems solved in one master stroke.

What's it like to drive? Well, the Leon Buzz couldn't really be any less dangerous. Put your foot down and nothing happens. There's no perceptible increase in speed until you get past 100mph then the Leon Buzz just flies. Take your foot off, and it very slowly slows down again, because of its tweaked aerodynamics by Buzz (Lowered by 50cm a surf board as the rear wing a go faster sticker “I will Crush you” and its low resistance scooter tyres with black scooter rims off a Kymco Agility 50 look very smart.

Actually its low down-ness and slippery shape do give it an almost sporty look if the surf board does not come off at 140mph as Bluetac does not work at those speeds, but I have driven canal boats that handle better in all honesty.

That really doesn't matter, though, because that's not what this car is about. It's about that number – the mph one, and the potential to die. At those things, it's brilliant. All it needs is a brilliant slogan. Here's one: "To Infinity and beyond" They can have that, on me.

he's having a new flux capacitor fitted..... :)

Haha! Someone needs to contact Universal Studios!! Tell them if they do a re-make of Back To The Future they should get themselves a Seat Leon 1.9 tdi Buzz edition! And the magic speed needs to be 140 mph, instead of 88 mph in the de loreon! Which is so outdated now! The 'buzzleon' kind a sounds a bit like 'de loreon' too!

Just think of the thrills in a movie like that! Buzz could even make a cameo appearance.... A little scene with the famous 'I will crush you' maybe!! :) :)

I don't know either, there's a vid on youtube of an audi A2 1.4 3pot with a map doing 150, shocked me but it's there plus my old banger vario hits 110mph no bother and it's a 90 with bigger nozzles and anyones is welcome to come see it for themselves.:)

lmao "thick as mince".

Leave poor old billy bullshit alone man. Not his fault he is special:drool::drool:

COME ON BUZZ, WHATS THE CRACK WITH YA BEAST OF A CAR LIKE!?!?!

He is in is garage with a hammer trying to reduce his drag coefficient not sure if it his mouth or the car though..............

Bottom line is a Speedo will read aprrox 10% out at 140 as law dictates it must under read any how. So he would be doing 130 maybe less in real mph terms. A 1.8TSi with 158 BHP has a top speed of 132 that is assuming the Leon Buzz really does produce 154Bhp.

Most maps seem to be 135Bhp-140Bhp for the 105 1.9TDi which would bring the "real" mph to 127 add your 10% and you have the magic 140mph on the Speedo in theory.
