i want to do track days but i like to think of my car as more of a show car than track, id be gutted if i crashed lol

lol same! but I've driven brands' before in a megane 225 and I was comfortable with it then, ok it wasn't my car, but still, never felt like a tool that was going to stack it. consider myself an alright driver and not a max power hooligan

Intake Phenolic Insulator Gasket just ordered from badger 5 cant wait to fit this with the intake mani. also havnt fitted the 3"tip yet, plus my shadow boost gauge has come back with a new sensor
going to be busy next weekend. i also have a full set of ths coolant silicone hoses to fit.

It's like christmas all over again for you!

it needs to be g12 ++ as it cant be mixed with anything else as it turns to jelly.

Still going to look mint mate. But once you spray up the engine cover the same as the battery you won't be able to fault it. It will look nice a shiny!

BIG day tomorrow

tomorrow i will be fitting my new inlet mani, with insulator gasket.
fitting my badger 5 TIP
re fitting my boost gauge, coming straight of the new inlet mani
spraying my throttle body.
fitting a new CTS.
fitting new fuel filter.
i dont think i will have enough time to fit my new coolant hoses lol

now can anyone give me any tips into fitting the inlet mani?
i have just bought a can of compressed air to blow away any **** when i remove the old one. anything else to add.

also a few tips on fitting the fuel filter, i know where it is, i know what way round to fit it, what i dont know is, how to remove the clips? also do i clamp the hose.

what kinda clips are they, id imagine theyre the type that self seal when removed

badger5 tip fitted
polished inlet mani fitted
insulator gasket fitted
throttle body resprayed and fitted
boost gauge half fitted
iv had a pretty busy day today, plus it was very cold still i had nick pop round and give me a hand. the company is great when out side working on the car.
everything went very well with no probs, the mani took a little longer than i thought but only because i didnt want to rush.

the badger 5 tip was an amazin fit. had to cut loads of silicone off which isnt a problem. fitted straight on with the neuspeed heat shield, this was a bonus as jamjay couldnt make his fit.

i havnt test driven the car yet, this will happen sunday, also need to sort the throttle body via vagcom.
