new gti is all good, though with the extra money you'll surely end up spending (the gti will just feel sluggish after yours surely!) you could get a new s3 and start with 260bhp :p

finding a good vr6 that'll surely be a mission as they'll all be ragged to bits?

on a different note i can't get the passat w8 out of my head at the mo that would be a treat of a sleeper car

as most of you are aware im no longer selling the IBIZA ;)

im re vamping it and adding some extras!

here whats been done from yesterday night

DSC00513.jpg

stripped front end off to replace a clicking fan (bearings had gone in the motor! (£120 :-o)

new 1 VVV

DSC00519.jpg

i also need to replace the radiator as it was weeping slightly! you can see the pink clogged up coolant in this pic VVV

DSC00515.jpg

DSC00514.jpg

also uprating the complete intercooler plumbing as its frankly TERRIBLE! the origional pipes go as small as a pancake in two places! LOOK AT THIS WEEDY PIPE!

DSC00524.jpg

so uprating these two with red silicone hoses and alloy pipework 2.5' all round wont give any power gains but should sound better and boost up quicker

DSC00516.jpg

DSC00517.jpg

few other niggles i gotta sort out like hiding all the xennon wiring and bolsters
fit the custom engine damper to cut down engine movement even more (just in case!)
pads and discs all round
new wheels not sure what ones yet!
polish up inlet manifold & intercooler further
detail bodywork (for time being feeling a respray coming on tho!
general sprouse all round suspension ect

then goodbye maybe to the golf after ed38
DSC00507.jpg

turbo gaskets have been replaced and new manifold has been bolted on this means turbo is back in action again!
