Never heard of market harbs before lol...I'm up north now so not really living in Birmingham anymore ...lived there for uni. There's a company that did my roof and mirrors so ill prob use them
Oo its actually called Market harborough lol fair enuff matey if they've done a good job before why not mate lives there for uni I need to go back and visit him again when he's back, students have some epic nights out haha
Ahh its not that far from Birmingham, in leicestershire right? How much did you get your roof done?..Just got quoted £120 to do my front in cf..not sure if thats expensive for a job like that
Yeah mate in leicesater not to far it cost me £90 for the roof and £20 for the rear spoiler bit on the boot in gloss black mate could be worth giving him a ring see what price he says just as a comparison even if your not going to him lol
Will look good I reckon mate ties in nicely with the CF on the car alredy you going to do the diffuser? The vinyl bloke who did mine refused the diffuser as its not a smooth texture it doesn't stick well so check it sticks first before getting it done if you are matey
Nah not gonna do diffuser, I've heard the same problem as well so not really gonna bother with it. Not gonna do it gloss black either as it doesnt go with my car.
Yeah mines going gloss black cause itll match week on monday it goes in cant wait! What about that carbon dipping? I don't know anything about it but could be another option mate
Yeah was thinking about carbon dipping, not really fussed about the diffuser anyways. I might as well just wrap the whole of my car in carbon fibre lol
Carbon dipping is just a smooth surface like gloss black but has the carbon fibre effect. Its achieved by having a carbon fibre film and placing it in water then spray it with something then you put the object through it, then the carbon fibre just sticks on. I'm crap at explaining things lol
Might as well have a go..saves money in the future lol. After the last 2 attempts on the badges and the cupra letters, ill do a crap job of it lol...rather leave the big ones to the pros lol plus I haven't got any cf sheets big enough to do the job
Looks like I will be doing it myself with the help of fleshers when I get the vinyl wrap...not paying £120 for the area that needs to be done...plus it looks easy to do so gonna take my time with it to get a professional look and have the right tools this time!
