The integrated navigation system has nothing to do with SmartLink/Full Link. ODIS is required in the workshop if SmartLink is purchased afterward. However, Wireless SmartLink doesn't require ODIS, only a good diagnostic system.
i have a pro OBDeleven , however still i can't activate the wirless function

many workshop have already activated the wirless carplay, but they told me it's done through ODIS , by the way my car has disabled navigation , i am not sure if navigation is related to wirless carplay enablement ?
my HW is H56 MOI3 LG, which i belive must be handled by FEC code

I think we are talking about suppressed screens where Vag in the past built options in and they were coded in and out by VCDS type of coding. Being more security conscious these days to get income they put a road block on that protecting parts of the system as they didn't do before. SFD then SFD2 controls access to parts of the control unit and can put them out of the reach of coders. Implemented from 2020 on. SFD2 at this point is still outside of the remit of DIY coding devices so that becomes an issue if you are trying to access one of those units.

As per the link I put up whilst you could at one stage enable car play on the H56 and firmware then you don't seem to be able to do it with H57. @East Yorkshire Retrofits did warn at the time that it might not always be open. Built in navigation is enabled by ODIS and all of that. Vag's hoping a license will be taken out and paid when unlocked. Mib3 they locked down from DIY tinkering so there aren't any free toolkits to enable navigation and this is where you need your friendly retrofitter if the dealer won't do it. They use Vag tools and presumably the license is paid one way or another by them. That gives you the FeC / SWaP code.

The issue comes down to what @East Yorkshire Retrofits said at the top of that thread, you might be able to do it or not subject to the rollout. Very much a suck it and see. One of those hidden eggs people like or not if they can't find it...

Talking of hidden eggs SFD2 is a disabler to them.

There is the SFD2 discussion with the trusty expert DV52 on here:

A means of identifying whether the unit can be coded is given. Basically if you got some coding you'd like to do with published units you have to check what is locked down and what isn't. Following down from there not total certainty what can be done.

Dv52 post at the top gives some pointers as to how to determine what :

The Tarraco thread when started here was pre SFD2 and 1. Anyhow that might be of use to MQB Evo people who stumble on the thread.
