Mine is a Cupra Leon but strangely OBDeleven detected it as a regular Leon. As in it showed an image of a regular Leon instead of a Cupra Leon.
I have the pro license and is comfortable to do coding manually if guided to the exact modules to make those changes. Have done a couple that was shared here.

Would definitely appreciate if you can guide me in the right direction.
Find out how to change the comfort turn signal in the control unit 09
light control adaptation.
on my leon the numbers are from 1 to 3 but they are not editable

Can someone with a lot of functions activated from stock - ex coming/leaving home, animated taillights, etc - share a full obd backup of their systems, in English please. I'll start comparing with my car and see what I can come up with.

For those without virtual cockpit, I managed to activate "needle staging".

Dashboard 17
Long coding
Staging "yes"
Done.

I only want the light band in the trunk lid to light up in addition to the daytime running lights in the front of the Leon KL. How can I code this in control unit 09? Now the interior lighting and license plate lighting are also on and I don't want that. Anyone know how to code this?

I noticed that the cornering light goes out when the engine stops (mHEV). This is annoying, because usually before sharp turns, where lighting is needed, you need to slow down and let the gas off - and then the engine stops, the light goes out. You put the gas on, the engine starts and the light comes on. Disco!

Is there an option to prevent this?

Yo anybody got an idea to change these values if possible?

- Disable cornering fog lights
Tried Central Elec. (09) Adaptation
--> Leuchte 12/13 NL LB45/RB5
--> Lichtfunktion B12 to nicht aktiv but it still is being activated

- Disable front fog lights when reversing (because why?)

- Use black background for the left and right panels of the virtual cockpit
(same as formentor). They are this weird light blue on the Seat Leon phev
Tried Dashboard Adaptation
--> Display depiction to Version 2 but receive error when attempting to save the value(tried the bonnet open method)

- Dope startup animation somebody posted a video of this
I suspect it only works on a cupra models since the animation starts up in the cupra view

There should also startups animation on the interior ledlines. I saw it somewhere but didnt flink it.

I tought it was not possible but for some kind of reason when i was cleaning the car and got in the car after a while i saw on the dashboard ledline 2 colors. When ignition/engine came on it came back in one color.

See attached file for the 2 colors.

Somebody saw this and now why?

Congrats man! I've been looking for a capacitive steering wheel for quite some time now but can't seem to find any, where did you get yours? Btw, would be awesome if you could make a video of the DIY installation, there are many ppl on this forum and others that still dont have 100% clear how to install it (including myself). Enjoy it!

Code all and it works i think. Need only fast changing gears. Mqb you got 1 or 2 sec to change iff longer it shuts off.

Keep us posted

Is there any way of knowing which models come with capacitive from build? The pessimist in me assumes that anything without TA would have standard wheel, but it would be interesting to know if there is certain models/trims which have capacitive fitted but not utilised as TA isn't enabled. In that sense, TA could simply be coded on.

Its only standaard iff ordered and most off the time on the Leon Hybrid standard in the EU

Seems fair. I've just looked up the manual and you can't even spec travel assist with the Mk4 Cupras... Which is strange because my dad's Formentor has it, and I quite like it. You can have PACC in the VZ2+ but not TA.

I bet it would be near impossible to find a Cupra steering wheel with capacitive then. Shame really.

Great guide man! Super clearly explained, thanks 😁 Just one question though, how does one disconnect the battery? Where is the negative clamp and how is it disconnected?
