Hi All,
So i'm looking at getting a fault code reader.. what is the latest suggestions?
I have an iphone and a laptop. Suggestions?
For iPhone you only real option is DashCommand and a wifi OBD2dongle off eBay. Or a Kiwi system...same difference. Much pricier.
I used the DashCommand logs in ScanXL, the PC software made by the same people (Palmers).
Still waiting for someone to come up with a way to read more PIDs from Leons because as it stand, the amount of things you can read is a bit poor
So you don't recommend me getting one then for the iPhone?
I only want to read fault codes.
Oh it'll do just fine for fault codes
DashCommand 30 quid + 15 quid wifi dongle. Sorted
Hi all,
I'm just wondering if anyone out there has managed to get the Android Torque Pro app to show accurate turbo boost readings on a mk2 Leon Cupra. I can't get the app to show positive boost pressure, (although it does show vacuum ok). The gauge reaches 0 or there abouts but nothing further.
I have set the correct vehicle/displacement etc in settings & have set to read MAF rather than MAP (as advised by the app maker), but still no positive reading?
I know the turbo is working. Any advice would be appreciated.
Also can anyone confirm what the boost should be on a standard Leon Cupra mk2 and also with a stage 1?
I had email off the Torque app developer who said the app reads from the MAF sensor rather than MAP and that you have to manually adjust this in settings. It made no difference though as still not reading any boost?
Any suggestions anybody?
Also wondering what the boost pressure should be on standard 2009 Leon Cupra & after stage 1.
