My SEAT App: send destination to built-in SatNav

Hello people,
Got a question about the MySEAT app:
I see that for other users the app has the possibility to find an address on the Maps tab of the app and select the option to "Send to Car". So, once you're in the car, the destination is already pre-selected. Handy for a non-Dutch like myself, living in the Netherlands, with the hugely long street names 🤣.
Now in my case, this is not the... case, as seen in the attached screenshot from the app on my iPhone. This option is nowhere to be found! I have opted-in for a SEAT Connect subscription, I have an active Data Plan from Qubic, all the privacy settings are at the lowest level and still no joy. Could this be an Android-only option? Could it be a country-specific thing? Got no idea...
Fun fact: I contacted SEAT about it and (as expected), were clueless: they suggested I download the... SEAT Connect app (!), yes the one they withdrew from the App Store a few months back. They're funny 😜.
I would really like your input or suggestions guys.
Huge thanks for reading through!
D.

Sorry, I've never used the current Cupra nav system as I gave up on the VAG system some years ago, when it directed me to turn onto farm tracks, through gates or across railway lines/rivers.

If you use a proper system, like Sygic for example, you can also select your destination in your phone before you get in the car - it's then on the car screen automatically.

Never tried sending from the app to the car in Connect or My Seat but it shows for me in UK for local and overseas addresses?

That is the strange thing about it... Seems like it's a country-specific issue. But then again, why???
Will keep you guys posted in case I somehow resolve this.

Yes, it may be country specific but then the knowledgeable people at Seat should know :ROFLMAO:. Did you try Seat (generic) Customer Services or the App support? I have previously used the App support from Profile/Help/Customer Care.
