Well it's been a while since i've done anything to mention, but had a busy last weekend. De-badge rear, painted boot lid handle and revo sticker and front grille satin black 'S'.
Here's a few images not the best off the phone and wet!!
Now I've just got to be patient a little bit longer for the KW springs to come off, to be replaced with Bilstein adjustables plus Whiteline ARB then full geometry setup with less toe on the rears and camber adjusted to suit the front.
Other than that just Revo filter, their plugs and latest stage 1 map.
Hopefully later in the year new intercooler, sports cat/downpipe then stage 2 map.
Its about time i posted a couple of photos of the Cupra since having the KW springs replaced with Bilstein PSS B14's and Whiteline ARB fitted.
First things first, off with the Stub axles to reset the camber & toe.
And finally how she looks now. Its not fully down on the adjusters yet !! probably still got 10mm to play with at the back and loads up front, but my drive restricts the front going to much lower.
All of the work was carried out by Chris at Center Gravity in Atherstone and to say he did a fantastic job is an understatement. All the measurements were to within ridiculous tolerances so much so he loosened off the front sub frame to get the front camber within 2-3 minutes of a degree, the rake of the car was also put back to factory settings and finally the car was corner weighted to allow for fuel and the driver. The drive is awesome now even with winter tyres on the front, soon to be replaced with conti's all round.
