Nice car with a great spec. Take it to your local dyno to get a baseline power measurement so any improvements you make can be referrenced latter.

Cheers mate it made around 315bhp but its off back to mapper to get pre load set and he reckened it would do another 25bhp -30hp

You got in then!
As said, I would be looking at water meth, and a 3" cat back system straight away.
Would be expecting a bit more than 315bhp with that spec though.

Usually you'll be looking around 330 BHP. Has it got a large port head?

Get this turned into a Readers Ride thread!!!

Do you have your last dyno print out you can post. Your tuner has an honest dyno so 315 is a decent result. A we'll set up wmi install will net you consistency and torque. With regards to the preload what redline boost do you reach now.

Around 1.4 bar so 18-19 psi is it??

An injection kit and the water meth mixture (normally 50/50) dont exceed 50% meth.

Reduced knock, Reduced temp, Increased Power, Reduced carbon deposits as the meth vaporises.

Some cars get better mileage with a w/m injector too. just make sure you get a decent kit and have it installed by someone who knows them inside and out because if you bodge it, things go bang.

Personally I'd do what george says and get the bigger cat back first, wmi is quite a specialised thing, and unless you really want the extra power/torque, it could be a pain you don't need in an already lovely car :)

WMI can be used to cool the inlet temps it doesn't have to be used to increase power. So if its not mapped in and it goes wrong it won't make any difference. As far as % go you don't need to use any meth. Below 30% its not flammable and a few people use more than 50% mix.
Its going to be a big help with your hybrid turbo as Niki.

The kits are around £300. AEM or Devils Own seem to be the best kits to buy. I only know what I've read and spoken to people about them. There's a lot of miss truths and myth spoken about WMI. Ask Niki he's the master and will offer you good advise as he will know your car.
WMI will benefit all K04 cars whether standard or tuned because of how hot they run.

Dyno graph was on phone to nicky from r tech and he told me the actuator was playing up and wasnt up to the job, I need a forge one and the manifold to turbo gasket was blowing which has been sorted!

Need to get my self a forge actuator and get the map sorted

To me?
I'm no tuning expert, but I no if I had a fully forged engine with a hybrid turbo, I would be expecting alot more than that.
If the actuator was weak, would you no suffer with boost issues?
Something like surging, fluctuation?
Deffinatly pick up on it though as the car wouldn't drive fine, feel underpowered maybe?

According to that graph you've only made 10bhp more than my friends stage 2 ***** LCR.
Same torque.
Something's clearly not right.
