Right my friend, I'm going to actually have a bash at this tomorrow but have a few more questions.

I have been reading this link and was wondering if you did all of this? I mean completely remove the PCV system including the 'hockey puck' accumulator valve.

Should handle awesome with that lot fitted mate.

Ive just changed my front arb for one off an R32 (23mm) and will be getting the adjustable Whiteline 24mm rear bar when funds allow. Ive already got front and rear strut braces aswell and i'm liking the improvements so far. :)

I have the Whiteline RARB and it really tightened up the handling on the rear, you will need something on the front now!!

Why did you go for springs over coilovers?

What would be good on the front mate? might go for a r32 front arb, cheap and gets a good reveiw, went for springs due to cost really mate plus coilovers can be a really harsh ride unless you have big money to buy them with adjustable damping, can just get the dampers to match the springs in the summer when money allows and the missus stops pulling it she wants the same money spent on her now looks like exhaust will have to wait a few months to :censored:

An R32 FARB would be good, but to be honest the LCR already has a FARB, so a front upper strut brace worked well for me and didn't cost loads, you can also fit it yourself in about 30minutes. Remember the front ARB needs to be fitted in a garage because they need to drop the front subframe ( unless you can do this yourself) so factor in there costs.

The S3 brace is a perfect fit for the LCR, i wanted something abit different and with a bit more bling, i got this one, its a tight fit though but i think it looks good, Also they quoted me €150 for and S3 brace which is daylight robbery.

My S3 brace was around £60 from TPS Harty. Needs abut if modifying with a grinder though, due to it catching on th bonnet srut. Don't know how much the R32 farb is from them coz I got mine off eBay, only paid £40 delivered.
