400 aint bad considering, whats the max temp on it?

Its about 10% more efficient than the std rad (mine being originally a 1996 1.8 16V unit) and good for 260-280hp - I have never had any issues with overheating with the std unit so should be ok - even though its smaller frontal area, the core is thicker and a more efficient design (WRC-spec). Got it from Radtec in Cannock - they used to make rads for the Ibiza kit cars.

I now have some Bling bits on the car[B)]
floorplates-2.jpg

Since I decided the carpert's not going back in the car, I had to do somthing about slippy-sliddy heels on the floor.

Made templates out of cardboard and scrounged some light guage (4mm) Ally chequer plate from work:D

Traced out the profile and cut the shape out with a Jigsaw & bent the lips ug using the vice of a workmate and manly brute force.

Coulent be arsed with drilling & bolting them in so glued them in with the wonderfull stuff that is Gripfill - you even get high on the pungent fumes it kicks out to:)

Only drawback is it takes 48hrs to full go off:doh:

that's what I thought too (the slippyness)

I'd have sprayed some no slip stuff, or got some non slip tape & done that

Function over form - it might look max power but it does the job.

Grips well when dry and is less slippery than just the bare floorpan.

nothing to stop me putting in a rubber mate, its just that i had to put 'somthing' in there.
