Changed settings on idle speed in VCDS and now I have my idle too low sounds real rough

tried to up it slightly from standard as I found it was noisey on idle with AC on now its real bad

Current idle speed is about 5-600 rpm

WOW!! That's a lot!!!

I go through a broker called ******, found em in yellow pages ages ago and they've always managed to smash all over quotes!!
My car is registered in my other half's name, and as such insurance is in her name, she's 20 with 3yrs, I'm 28 with 5 yrs tied up in a 406 coupé 3.0 v6...

Together with me as the named driver we got it for £905!! Fully comp with £200 excess total

I just been following my Cupra up the road and watched my bird give it some beans away from the lights, and a big cloud of black smoke.....
Got any ideas to help reduce the smoke??
