then i had a trail rev for 10 mins and it over heated reason was the single fan carnt cope ,(on its own /but seemed ok and test run,) so added 2 buggers, and all is well

god im fed up , this ecu has started playing up yet again , as im runing low inpendance injectors ,the ms unit has a built in curcit to make them run , as im sure its gone faulty due to major over fuel and dosent matter what i try to do ,its missing and smokeing like a deisal , so i may have to bypass this and run high inpendance ,,
2gxqow4.jpg

then while tuning the spark and fuel maps , the engine started smoking badly , i thought the worst .but found the problem which was the turbo oil feed hole was too big (8mm ) which was bypassing the turbo seals so added this one
v7z56u.jpg

and also fitted a 90 elbow too , so thats sorted that problem out , no smoke , lol
i6id6a.jpg

then got the laptop back on the go to find , my air tempture not working so went hunting at the local scrap to find one , made a new therd and fitted and works a dam treat too ,,
2zqhpj6.jpg

(all these little things do help trust , just awaiting now to try a new ms part , if i get no luck il thow some high inpedance inejctors in , fingers crossed one or the other sorts the problem ,,

not hard more of a fun idea i reckon , interccolers ratted to 450bhp but that can all change with the fueling ,timing, turbo map etc :D

looks amazing, keep it up!
cheers i keep trying

absolutely loving this, cant wait to see the finished article!
nice one adam ,, its ok , fingers crossed it works lol

wow top work mate will be watchin this one:D

Mig wire sales must have gone throught the roof with all that home done miggin!!!
oh yes i worked it out used 4 big reals of 0.6mig wire , so a fair amount of welding/modifying/beefing up in surtain places , (still may need a bit more yet too;)

Looking amazing mate, great job you're doing there.
all takes times , i keep trying for every bit of time i get free ...

bloody hell good work took a while to read through all that.
wish i had your knowlege and skills. look forward to the finished item.
cheers if u dont try u never know what ur capable of doing with a lump of steel;)

all fun ,

Top work mate :clap:cheers

What turbo are you using?
the turbo is a holset hx40 /t3 flange/3.5 outlet ,size (18 as really i needed a 16 but finding one was a nightmare , so maybe a late spooler , hernce the reason i made a twin scroll manifold , to sharpern up the pulse and spool rate /plus its a t3 turbo not a t4 ,, which helps for tighter gas spool ,i made the engine backfire on 2 clyinders today and it instantly boosted and i thought it was going to blow a hose off , sounded well nice with a arsome turbo whistle,,:lol:like i say everything u see and read , is gess work trail and errorr ,, [B)]
