yeah i am doing matey, also enlarging the bore to a 1.9 and larger intake manni for less lag hopefully, your pulling some impressive 1/4 mile times now, will be alot faster with the internals done so the "FULL" power of that monster turbo can be let out, thats why im getting it all done at once, if i didnt i would be pissed off as i would know the turbo could handle alot more, just not the engine

Had a quote of JBS, mike was very helpful, been speaking to andy @awesome as well, he says they will be able to provide the kit soon with a APR stage 3 map, their just in the final stages of the map now then their going to sell it as a kit, so still stewing on who to go with

How long did JBS have your car for when they done yours? bearing in mind it was without internals?

what you got planned for your bumper mate?

Just cutting the cantre bar out, and filling and smoothing it.

I've got a spare bumper, to do the work on, and then get sprayed so im not without a bumper. But then thinkin about it, its only going to be two small sections on either side of the bumper that would need spraying.

I think the front end of my car needs a spray though, gotta learn to stop chasing scoobies, and 156 GTA's, to move the hell over!

i think the look of the middle section taken out has definalty grown on me now iv done it, i think it looks alot better than standard, just need to find out how people reconnect the mesh/grill

i know what you mean about chasing other cars  its like a addiction, the better the car your after as well the more fun it becomes :) i never give them the pleasure of them seeing me move over

just rivit the mesh on bottom lip and under the bumper strip

plastic welding - aka lots of time using a soldering iron, melting the parts back together and adding extra plastic melted down to add extra strength and when finnished is as good as new, just have to be creative in re-using the parts you have removed cutting them to shape ect and reusing them

Got my plastic mesh from Halfords. Perfect length and matches so well!. just need to trim the height off it. I cable tied mine to inside of the bumper. (thanks russ for the 3rd pic).
Was only about £20. Forget the part number, but go into your local halfords and you see it there. Had it on a few months now. Very pleased with it!

That 3rd pic has convinced me. Mines getting meshed! :) I've had enough of the 'look at me and my front mount' feeling. Also I've had enough of muppets down the gym saying 'you got a new rad?' / 'whats happened to your rad?' and my fav 'what is it?'

need to bling it up anyway, hopefully getting a buffer and metal polish today at dinner, not too sure how to "bling" the fins though as they will probably either bend or rip the buffer head apart

for the fins you can use coil cleaner but cover up your paint work first you can buy it from any air conditioning shop i think its around £15 per bottle but it gets the air con coils clean and shiney every 12 months at work you MUST dilute it though .....

hope that helps ..
