Also got sick of my old worn gearknob and so bought Hartys old one with absolutely no wear at all! Looks brand new, cheers Harty!

Did a power reading on the Liquid Gauge earlier today and it was 270bhp, so not far off.
But saying that, the one time i had it rolling roaded, at Awesome, it only produced 243!

216g/s is very good. I had mine on at AMD and it made 250bhp, yet on the road it consistantly gives 210g/s+ readings which equates to around 270bhp. If you ask me, a RR can't be the most accurate way of calculating things as it's a false environment. How the car performs in the real world is what counts. Put it this way, I won't be putting mine back on one again, only for Stage 2 mapping as I don't really care what it tells me, if the car shifts out on the road then I am happy.

Agree with you totally about the rolling road situation JamJay. Im happy to go with my Liquid Gauge readings...especially as they are higher figures! ;)

I'm well impressed with the rear ARB, very effective. The front has been changed for an R32 23" bar. The car feels very stiff and straight through the bends.

I'm thinking of doing the same arb setup as you. How do you find the handling with this setup, understeering/oversteering/neutral?

What parts/bushes etc did you buy with the 23" R32 bar?

Very nice car btw. Jealous of your engine bay:p

I think the handling is awesome, especially seen as im on oem shocks and springs. As for understeer/oversteer.... i've not had either so far, it feels as if its quite well balanced. Or maybe i need to push it a bit harder and see what happens! :D

I bought the R32 bar off ebay but all i got was the actual ARB. Brackets and bushes were bought from TPS.

Also, dont forget i have front and rear strut braces aswell. Dont know if you already have these or are planning on getting them?

And thanks for the comments, i am rather proud of my engine bay! :)

To be honest they didnt come out all that well. Infact thats a lie....they came out terrible! :censored:

But on the bright side, they look ok from a distance and i really like them in yellow so will probably end up getting them done properly, powder coated maybe?
