why dont you go for a bailey DV26D with an Fk99 fitting kit!!! thats what i have works a treat!!

That valve didn't work on mine, car went into limp mode to a whopping 6psi!

Did you try in with your cold side relocation kit rich
cos i thought it may perform better there, could be wrong.
I've got one spare at home so was going to try it

The bailey came with a alloy t piece you have to cut into the coldside hose so it was in the right place but kept throwing a hissie fit into limp mode. I can run the hks ssqv now in the coldside hose but the car doesn't run as smooth, very juddery

well i have just bought a forge splitter for £50 its only two weeks old and it sounds mint got the tone i was looking for

you would hear the 007p more once it was remapped anyway due to higher amounts of boost going through it. i've yet to hear a car with the split-r thingy fitted so i don't know what that sounds like.

When i had the 007p i could hardly hear it at all and that was running 22psi. The Split-R has sorted that though and sounds even better in atmos mode

I assume you don't get any chatter etc. running the SPLIT-R in full atmos mode? Might try it myself!

All i did was blanc off the recirc pipe and the car was running really well. Forge say to move the trumpet to the where the recirc pipe is and blank where the trumpet used to be but i never trid it that way. I thought it sounded really good

So you're running it with the trumpet in the original place?

I was yeah and i had no problems but i didn't check for fault codes as i have no equiptment to do so, but the car ran fine. I have put it back to semi recirc now though.

yeh mine is in semi recirc mode, and sounds alot better than my old 007p dv i would recommend the forge splitter to everyone

whats this about moving the trumpet im confused haha i think mine is just in the origional place, is this atmospheric or recirc?

so is it ok just to fit it like that, i know how it looks standard i have on on my car since last night, but i dont know whether that is atmospheric, part atmos and part recirc, or fully recirc mode

and i have just been out and braved the thunderstorm to listen for a chatter from it, none what so ever, tried turning the top 1/4 anti clockwise and back just to see what difference it makes, as i have no idea if im loosing boost or not

It's part atmos and part recirc and is how Forge intended it to be used. I just thought i try playing with it by swapping the trumpet about and blanking off the recirc pipe (the one that goes back in to the air intake hose)

Do you have a boost gauge? If not i would recommend getting one.
