Some questions:

1) What fuel are you using?
2) What air intake system are you using?
3) What the diameter of your IC piping? What intercooler do you have?

Problem you will have with a massive intercooler is that it will causing more lag. Ultimately however the cooler the car the more power you will get over the rev range.

The brick wall we will all hit is how much the injectors can flow. Depending on the mapper and individual car it will be down to the air fuel mixture that gets shoved in which will determin power and torque. We are also restricted by our manifolds - although out of the PD manifolds the 150 is the best, you can get more tubular with a VNT20 arse end that flow more and get rid of more heat from the turbo.

 You've only had the forge one on a few months! Do you think the SS setup will cure your running problems?

I've had the Forge one nearly a year I suppose! It wont cure my problems though but will help keep temperatures alot cooler. :)

just foward that straight to me!!

You can buy my forge one when it goes up for sale.

What are you going to do with the Forge IC, sell it on here?

It'll be for sale on here. With crash bar and pipework. ;)

have you robbed some one lol, i want you debit card lol you got more dosh than me

I have just sold my classic Mini. :( So have a bit of cash from that.

saw that myself!
for the price its a bargain!! ;)

don't think it will make much difference to your current issues though :(

Neither do I fella but at that price it would've been rude not to buy it tbh!

1) What fuel are you using? BP ultimate diesel
2) What air intake system are you using? PD160 intake with green cotton filter.
3) What the diameter of your IC piping? What intercooler do you have? I have a Forge FMIC atm but just bought a SEAT Sport one. Not sure on the piping diameter....

have you got your car sorted yet mate, defo try the map and maf sensor ;)

Not had time to do anything to it! :( Vag com will be done a week tomorrow if I can't find anyone before with it.

So the 26th I should be able to see if any codes are thrown up. If not then I'll go back and see Will and start again. Bit of a pain in the arse having to drive all the way up there again....starting to recognise places up there!
