Maybe it was mapped with it back to front, 17 psi is about 1.1 - 1.2 bar which sounds about right. If there are no problems with it back to front then leave it that way.

Then when you have done your internals you can get it cranked up.

it runs better yes but not right....4th and 5th are really down on power.

im not doing internals now matt...it will be sold soon

there must be a reason for it to be running bad, just got to find it!!

just a thought..can someone confirm the correct way for n75 please,

i think its centre n75 pipe to charge pipe!? yea?

also matt, would you mind swapping your charge pipe and actuator pipe to n75 round to see what happens, if you dont want to then its undastandable

The above pic explains all. The longer pipe goes to TIP, the pipe vertically down from plug is from charge pipe and the other goes too actuator.

I will give mine ago the wrong way, but iam sure it will boost at waste gate pressure about 0.75 BAR.

Why are you selling it, you have spent thousands. I dont get you or Pete as he is selling his now too.

i get 15psi if i plumb it in...charge pressure straight to actuator!

17psi if i plumb it wrong way

30+psi if its in right way

So you have a 1 BAR actuator then. Iam not really sure what boost pressure it should be running.

Make 100% sure it is in correct now and try it.

This is a old pic of mine, this is in correct. 1 black pipe comes from charge ppe, the other black pipe goes to actuator.

ecu you have is mapped for the hardware you have but from another car, ans is EXACTLY as the other car was in every respect?????

If n75 is connected correctly, then use something like lemmiwinks/uni_settings, etc to turn down load%

only difference engine wise is airfilter!

what could i log to try and find problem?

why would it boost higher on different car?

I dont believe ALL the parts you have fitted are ALL from the same car or fitted the EXACT same way, else it would'nt be so different.

Who's ibiza had all this on it before and why was it removed?

something does'nt add up
