2 filters . The the twin high pressure pumps with another filter. And also a fuel cooler that will get mounted under the car.
Some anodised blue m4 screws turned up too... I am not sure on the out come.. might get some black ones
20250312_205015.jpg
also a cradle for a astra H power steering pump has also turned up. I now going to go hydraulic steering but electric pump powered.

The pump will go on the passenger floor near the bulkhead. And then use bulk head fittings to pass threw. Then also will have the fluid going trew a 6-8 row cooler too. The cradle came from Ebay. There is a few on there . But this was one of the better looking ones.. it's all about how it looks.

What you planning on making.. I need to learn on how to make the moulds to make the panels. You can already get bonnet, boot, rear bumper. From xsport. But also they do the supercopa front wings and front supercopa bumper. Witch is a wider R . ABS do bonnet boot, but then they do the touring car toledeo front bumper and front wings. Also they do the rear door pods and the rear quarter extensions like I have fitted.
Only thing I can't find is a roof panel

All the panels (wanna do a few custom bits as well for reasons). Will be sourcing a roof when I can figure out how to transport it home. Easy Composites do some good guides and are pretty helpful too

On to a bit of fabrication. Need to make a bracket to hold the fuel pump and filter set up. So with waving a tape measure about . I came uo with a size.
20250316_173519.jpg
so with it being about weight saving i done a X to find the middle . Then a + to decide in to quarters then an X in each to find the middle
20250316_173524.jpg
then I figured out the distance on the mounting holes and marked them.
Then drilled a 20mm hole
20250316_175126.jpg
Forgot reasons . Using a hydraulic hole cutter
20250316_175137.jpg
so screw in the right thread post in to the puller. There is different sizes for different side dies
20250316_175137.jpg
place the bottom cutter
20250316_175341.jpg

Then place the threw the 20mm hole
20250316_175349.jpg
then screw on the other half . Screw it down to the job
20250316_175408.jpg
then pump the hydraulic handle on the punp
20250316_175415.jpg
this then pulls down wards pulling the cutter in to the job
20250316_175434.jpg
keep going till you hear it pop
20250316_175444.jpg
this means it has passed all the way
20250316_175452.jpg
release the pressure and unscreww. And you have a hole.
20250316_181654.jpg
and repeat for all the holes. Then I drilled the holes to mount the bracket to the car and the filter housing to the bracket
20250316_182423.jpg
. Problem is now i need to bend it.. and i not got a vice. So job on stop. Also to put strength back I to the job I will dimple or sump the holes . But my mate has them at the moment so will go threw that when I get them back .

Should I say I just bought a box/pan folder? Liking that hydraulic cutter, way cleaner than a drill/hole saw. Can that bit of kit also be used with the dimple dies?

So the plate in the top of the fuel tank needs modifications. Due to the tank was designed for 2 feeds and a vent. I now need 2 feeds vent and return also electrics for the lift pumps. So rough mark out and drill with step drill
20250323_175647.jpg

This is going to be for the return from the swirl pot with it being about bit rough i use a deburring bit to take off the sharp edges
20250323_175715.jpg

Using a bulk head an6 fitting so it locks to the plate but has an6 firring either side ( for the moment till I change my mind
20250323_175741.jpg
and the under side it will just pour back in to the tank
20250323_175902.jpg

Screws in to the plate to hold it to the tank.
I had a go at making uo the first of many fuel lines
20250330_190143.jpg

I will do a some pictures of the fittings in the side of the tank box and a how to do the fuel line.hopefully tonight.
Internet is playing up at home and can't seam to uploads pictures for some reason
