How big is the coupler you have? My chinese ones measured up to 70mm in places, closest options for sale were 68 or 64...

Cant even check on my ebay as it's playing up terribly :/

Potential prob for me CM coupling has arrived..comparing it with the china coupling I tried to fit..the OD is exactly the same (and that was the problem I had..it wouldn't fit into my metal boost pipe) however..the 'lug' part is spot on, much smaller & OE looking. I've taken pics, but can't upload cos I'm not tapatalk registered or something lol..

Sorry if I've not explained myself then lol it was the whole thing, OD and lug..we started filing the OD of the china coupler and it was slightly going in..but then the lug was farrrrr to big. Other end (63mm) is perfect..so do I need type E? 64mm/63mm

Cheers Dan! That was my issue with the size of the lug on the china one..sooo much bigger and wider than the standard one! Hoping if I order from Creation, it doesn't turn out to be exactly the same as the china one lol!

I would say try it first, with the way the china machining has been it may end up fitting. Banksy's was 72mm and he said it was a few mm too big....

If it is 64mm then i will try the old coupler i have which is 64/61 (Type D), it actually fits the China S silicone pipe nicer than the china coupler did (my china one was a hell of a stretch to get the silicone pipe on).

Won't find out until Saturday though

If you need a 64/63 then its type E. Looks like we'll all be exchanging them then, I may even be having a refund as i think my old Golf one is going to fit

Sorry guys!! I dunno about Banksy's but we have just measured the OD of my OE coupling and it was defo 64 lol. Just spoke to creation and said there'll prob be a few returns on them lol

Can i suggest a triple check of the measurements this time? ha ha

Interesting that the Darkside pipe fits a 63mm coupler nicely, and my 61mm coupler fits the china pipe i have.

I think we will all need to do our own measurements at this rate

Sent another pic to Ben.. My OE coupling 64mm and the CM coupling 68mm.. So type E is what I'm ordering lol..as 64/63 will fit my car & Josh's S bend pipe fingers x'ed lol!!

Got my car up on the ramp today, and I've noticed that the Darkside coupling is allow oil to piss out, and has come out a little bit from the connector, not a happy f**king bunny, going to be emailing them straight away!
