Just wondering how you are getting on with your setup now?

I ordered one these & Royal Mail attempted delivery today when I was out & after reading this I was tempted to refuse delivery.

Any feedback from yourself or anyone else with a FR 184 SC appreciated

Hi mate. First of all it feels amazing with it on. No major issues with it on however I've only covered approx 600 miles. I've noticed if I've been giving it death it often does a DPF Regen but that's about it mate.

Just a thought, my car does need booking in at SEAT as in sport mode at under 2000 revs it occasionally hesitates when held at the same RPMs. It has always happened even before the box was fitted. I'll be honest the problem is amplified slightly with the box on but the hesitation isn't the boxes fault.

You have a 14 day money back thing so if it makes your car run like a sack of **** just send it back.

I hope that helps.

Had mine for 18500 miles now on my 184. Had no problems at all , just had first servive with no issues. And most of all I think it's great. Tried most of the settings and currently on 3+2.

What would be interesting and almost necessary is if everyone stated if they have a manual one or the dsg.

I have the dsg and I have stutter at anything above 1 -2 or 2 0

Mine is also manual. Have it on 1+2 ATM, the power is further down in the range.

Had it on 3+2 previously and the power was right up in the range.

I'm still experimenting with the modes.

Does anyone actually know what the purpose of the + and - settings are?

I would guess the result is a tad more or less boost.
But since I don't know how the box is working I'm only guessing

Is this worth doing on a new 150FR?

Mine's a 150FR and I've had it on since the end of last year. No problems with it so far, and a nice increase in power to play with. have tried it on 3+1, 2+1 and finally settled on 1+1. It will be your own personal choice on which setting you have it on, but my advice would be to try them all out for a couple of weeks each so see which one you like the most.

Meppershall Beds.
depends if you're happy with 150 or hanker after another 40 or so!
it should also increase torque by 30% and not use noticably more diesel.
Just £400 and some debate with the insurance. Just make sure you take it off before going to a dealer, or you'll be debating with them too....

ah - just assumed it was the smelly, oily, heavy burner of satan's sperm...don't know if DTUK do one for the petrol. May be a remap if anyones' done one yet!
good choice though - sweet engine from all accounts:)
