Yeah its something like that even though i know it aint accurate...

Will Post some logs up later this week as i received my SPS3 this morning Currently on Boost 9 & Timing 4 with 0.5 cfs on occasion

also after some searious searchin this seems about right for a IHI like mine....Under 320bhp ect

little update...

Well as from tonight my headgasket has gone as its pressurizing the coolant system and overheating with the Header cap on...

I also now this due to the coolant fans not kicking in and at 3500rpm there is no water coming out of the Top header tanks hose...
So tomorrow im gonna start stripping down the Full Engine And seeing whats what...Bit of a kick in the balls really bit im not sure were to stand...Also would a Compression test Confirm it..

Also Is this the bit i need to remove the head bolts?

I feel prober pissed of with it atm...And not sure i can be arsed with it anymore its costing me a utter fortune....Never mind the inconveince..

All this is because i took the header tank off to clean it and ive spent 2 days trying to bleed the Coolant system but it isnt working just bubbling from the header tanks and ive just got air coming out of the Top head hose so im nott 100% if its just air something major...

little update...

sounds to me that the water pump is gone id remove this befor you strip the motor

But its pumping air mate u can feel it through the hose and its lots of pressure too...like theres loads of air in the system...

If the pump was gone id get absoultly nothing throught the system...My heaters are cold too...

Yeah but yesterday when i had sorted it out the fans were kicking in and everthing was fine...

Not today i went out to check the level and the tank was empty so i topped it up and let it get up to temp 90 and its fine,.,.

But soon as i put the cap on it over heats but u can hear the pressure coming out of the side of it...

Im sure its a air lock or blockage somewere so 2morro ive got some of this Coolant System Clean stuff im gonna but it in and see what it does all take the thermastat out and test that too...

All this because i took of the header tank to clean it...

faulty cap maybe does it still have the seal on it

The Air is coming from the Overflow bit on the Header tank not from the cap..

Just checked the tank then and its empty again but this is what i found.,...But have no power loss,Smoke,Useage of Oil Nothing.....Cupra matt said it could be the Oil seal on the Oil cooler..

Il test it again 2morro and see if i can get the air out....

i keep topping it up and the water disapears it aint leaking and my oil is fine...Which make me think its a blockage or Air lock....

that's the thing that gets me as well! my brothers just bought a TT which had all the sensible mods done to it-remap/exhaust etc and do you know what?it drives lovely!why didn't i just leave mine at this level:whistle:
