Well got a fairly straight answer. My car is NOT in bits in fact they have not even taken out the gear box due to them not having the right tools ............... Ho hum Week six in the Big Bocanegra house

I am talking to SEAT UK tomorrow. The dealer are asking me to add some customer leverage. I feel for the chap who sold it to me. When we walked in yesterday he looked so mortified bless him. If the chair could have ate him I reckon he would have gone for it!

He just looked so embarassed. I even managed not to swear at all. I am at the point where frankly I dont care anymore. No point getting upset.
I did say if you can find me a K1 we would go for it preferably in White, yellow or red. They have a white cupra on the lot I am tempted to push for that.

if i were you i would wait , get this one sorted before you jump into another car , i know this is really frustrating , went through the same thing when my cylinder head was changed , they had my car 4 months to do a 4 day job ! oh and seat customer care dont give a **** , all they say is its in the garage , well in my case they had the parts , the master tech was waiting for instructions on how to do it !
i caught them out 1 saturday when i went to get my inhaler i left in the car , face was a picture , they told me they nearly finished it on a phone call that week , i walked over to the car , it had its bonnett up and they hadnt even started it !
seat are crap mate if i were you i would walk away and try another brand , wish i did.
I honestly have to say I think you have had the most rotten luck out of any other boc owners mate. Touch wood not a days hassle with mine. If I had all thos aggro it would also drive me away from the brand but fortunately for me that isn't the case and I still support it fully. Get them to trade your boc on that cupra mate hehehehehehehehhehe Then when it's fixed it's there problem to flog off to some one else. In all fairness, I think my next car will be a Golf R, used of course hahahahahhahahaha
yea i actually got an update on your car also on thursday, Some1 texted a work mate at my place asking for a clutch alignment tool for a bocanegra. straight away i knew it was yours and probs someone from smc. my mate didnt even know who it was as first just texed back saying no lol.

Yeah my neighbour Jamie owns the car lot in Langley. He thought he would give it a try for me as he knows your mate at work. TBH I dont mind the wait as I can use the bus over the Xmas to ferry around presents and wrinkly relatives. Plus also got the Dagenham dustbin as well for me to chip round in. Actually washed the Altea this weekend polished it and gave it a hoover out. Almost part of the family now. Will need to join the Altea section on the site.
