Would be interested to know what effect all these products would have on my car that has been Diamond Brite treated? I've always had them done by the dealer when new as I have really noticed the difference when washing (far too infrequently I admit!) - previous Audi's were Autoglym'ed but this DB treatment on my 280 seems superior. First proper wash with the supplied shampoo and after wash solution and it came up like new. Would using snow foam and fancy wax damage/alter the DB treatment does anyone know?

A ph neutral snow foam shouldnt strip the Diamond Brite, nor should a shampoo from a regarded brand (used to the correct dilution ratio). Most of the better known brands will normally state on the bottle that they wont strip wax and other last stage products.
Why would you be waxing on top of the DB? I prefer to wash/seal a fully cleaned/decontaminated car otherwise you're just sealing in surface contaminents and not getting the best out of the product.
Ive had DB on two Black Magic Skodas as it was thrown in, I dont rate it personally. I think it's just sn easy way for the dealer to make extra cash out of the sale. No offence is meant here.
