Hello all. I have a mk3 1.4 tsi 150 fr and was looking to get a bit more oomph out of her. Only my second car so this is all new to me but I have been looking about the forum and reading bits and pieces but most I read is for the 2.0 diesel equivalent.

So was basically wondering if anyone has any advice on what parts to buy or what to change to make my car a bit quicker.

Any links to products would be extremely helpful.

Cheers

have a look at these two.

https://www.onlyrevo.com/products-for-vehicle/seat/leon-mk3-2012-&engineid=234

https://www.goapr.com/products/ecu_upgrade_14tsi_ea211.html

and dont forget you need to tell your insurance company about these modifications so check with them first to see if a) they will insure you and b) how much its going to cost.

I see you put the air in take from revo but a remap from go apr rather than from revo. Why’s that?

On the revo page just select the Stage 1 button, I was not trying to show the air intake just the link to the home page for this car

and as always other options / map companies are available

Oh I got ya. I thought you had a preference. Yea I’d of said the exact same options between them.
I went with revo because I saw either an old website or another one that used “apr” as opposed to goapr which I found out after having it done On my 1.4

Stage 1 remap will see you between 180-200bhp, a custom catback and a good custom air intake will also do you wel.
