pads

I need replacement Front brake pads and i only want to buy a set that have the metal shim on the back of the front pad so that I can prevent the click noise when pressing the brake pedal at low speeds. Can anyone advise? I know that EBC and Brembo have it. Mintex do not. Regards.

Ive got to change the disks and pads on my car, but i want something abit better than standard what do u suggest for better performance ???

Guys, bit of advice needed.... I need discs and pads all round on my Cupra, at the moment the rears are shot (discs had it) and the fronts drone badly when breaking from high speed. The discs and pads I think are non genuine which doesn't help, would I be best getting genuine Seat discs and pads...

A friend of mine put me in touch with a guy who is doing ds2500 pads for a good price. I'm double checking that they're the right ones for the LCR's Brembos and he says that they're the same as the Mk1 Focus RS. Can anyone confirm this for me before I part with the cash? Cheers

Does anyone know if the Audi TT 312mm brakes accept the Ibiza MkIV FR brake pads? :shrug: I'm upgrading shortly, and have been looking at the Audi pads. They seem to have the same part numbers as the FR ones. It'll save me a few quid if they do. ;)
