    Ive recently heard that if you swap the inlet manifold (50mm inlet) on a 2.0 16v ABF Cupra to a 42mm inlet manifold this will increase your acceleration?? Does any 1 know if this is true? Cheers

  6. Manifold Heat Wrap to stop rattling?

    Im having problems with my exhaust, where it loops over the rear beam it rattles off teh rear beam. I was wondering if i wrap it in heat wrap would it stop the rattling? IVe tried a few things but they just melt away, at least this wont melt :) Any ideas? Ta

  7. intake manifold for 1.8 20v non turbo

    as i was looking at my engine i took off the cover i discovered my intake manifold is plastic! and it goes right over the engine ( which gets very hot) and that the manifold is really long but i can only find info on turbo manifolds any advice

    I want to take off my inlet manifold to polish it. I think it would look wikkid. Is this an easy job?? Don’t look too hard. All I can see me needing is a new gasket and the torque settings for the bolts. Has anyone done this? How hard is it to take the injectors out?
