manifold

hi all, going to try and fit a newsouth intake manifold gasket on thursday but thought it best to see if anyone had done this on theirs, got any tips, do's and dont's? cheers

Would a mk3 turbo manifold fit a ABF block?

Hi, newbie to the forum here! Had a 1.4(aex) ibiza for about a year now and loving it as a daily drive. Never let me down. Unfortuntly ive recently heard (and more recently noticed) ive got a large crack in the exhaust manifold. Seat want £140 for a new one which seems a bit steep to me...

Is this normal? Also, what the hell is this, it was hanging loose by my horn - don't look like a connector on the end, but it does have a retaining clip up the side just like all other connectors do - me confused!

Hiya all, Can anyone confirm if the inlet manifold is the same on all 20vt ibizas (including mk3 and 4) and leons as Im looking at buying a spare inlet but the seller cannot confirm which leon or ibiza it came from. Any differences in the inlets if the car had drive by wire? David

Has anyone changed them to better ones? I was trying to find for ages but no luck. Would it be worth it to have it customized to 4-2-1 branch and a slightly bigger bore?

Can you have/get the inlet manifold ported, so you can get more air flowing into the engine, if so does anyone know any places that might do this? Neil

Really struggling with the car and its :censored: me off. I've basically no top end speed, really struggling to get above 60, and at lower speeds really having to work it. Could a blowing exhaust manifold cause this? At the moment I have a Powerflow jobby on, but thinking of getting rid of that.
