Had the boot open yesterday for a bit in the wet as i was working away and got caught short, however, i closed it, then went to open it and no go, wont open at all. Ive tried it with both the key fob and using the key but no succes. Any ideas?

Even after good slamming the boot doesn't lock - as indicated by the dash warning light. I get out and find that it's still open. Any ideas as to why and how to sort it out would be appreciated.

Owned my leon for a week and not impressed that I think I've found my first problem. My boot hatch seems to be loose and going a long bumpy roads I can hear it rattling. Is this a common problem? Also on the key fob what should the boot release button do? Mine doesn't seem to do anything!

The s has broken on my boot from the sx part, Is it worth trying to replace it, lose the sx entirely to declutter the back or go for the Leon lettering accross the back? What would people here do?
