boot

hiya, i own two cupra R's & the boot will not open on either car - Grrrr! i found a link on here yesterday with instructions to remove the cover & grease certain places but it hasn't worked properly on either car. i think i've sussed the first one as the cogs in the motor compartment...

When I close my boot, I notice it doesn't catch correctly therefore isn't closed right. Does anyone know how to fix it?? My dad seem's the think something might need tightening??
