Not so much what I've done to my car today but I've just taken possession of this absolute beauty.

Full billet aluminium 1.8T rocker cover that I had shipped over from USA and the finish was pretty appaling considering the cost so I sent it off to a metal polishing expert fairly local to me and got a lovely brushed finish on it. (I didn't want mirror bling much to his surprise)

Basicly I am thinking of getting some done of the leon build. And selling them. But want to see if its worth it. Please advise.

Is this now going to far... as already shown titainium studs and 12 pointed nut... and turned up this morning. .......light weight titainium anodised washer...

I can now honestly ... with hand on heart.. say I think this build is going to far.... but look so shiney

Yeah that looks a very expensive pile there, hide it before your misses relocates you permanently lol. I don't wanna add mine up either I have a rough idea but I'd need a nice drink just to help me forget, and then buy something else lol

Is the domed top with the red text removable on the gear knob?
This is just a photo off eBay, but mine has faded to virtually nothing. The rest of the gator and knob is still mint though, so was wondering if I could buy another one swap over the top?

Repainted my roof trims due to laquer peel. Took them down to bare metal. Overall pleased with the job, but the final clear coat has ended up with quite a bit of orange peel. Shame, but I guess this is what sorts out the novices from the pros.

ebay or even alliexpress do them theirs loads , seen genuine transporter caps but there 20 quid
