Is it possible to change the default driving mode with obdeleven, so when you start the car it is already in individual or Cupra for example?
It should always turn on in the mode you leave it in. Only downside is if you leave it in Cupra mode, the start-up sequence for some reason opens and closes the flaps, and then shuts them

You then need to go to another mode where they're shut, and back into Cupra to open them

Cam I just check what version of software you have? I'm curious why mine defaults to comfort and yours stays in the mode you left it in.

Have another question for the wizards:

Welcome light animation extension; I love it, but it has to be pitch black before the car wants to do the animation. Here in Scandinavia I will probably never get to see it for the coming 4 months, except for 2-3 hours at night. So I would like to extend the time of day it activates.

Now I found the function to change the light threshold for activation, it's 600 lux per default, but attempting to change it I get error 31 (function not supported).

Googe fu tells me 2 workarounds: Switch to Developer mode in OBDeleven, or clear cache and data from the app. Neither works :(

Here is the function:

- Central Electrics 09
- Adaptation
- “Light sensor”
- “Einschaltgrenze_CHO_LHO”

The data field states 0-255 as input value, but that doesn't make much sense, since none of the lx values are that low.
Any ideas as to what is going on here, or a different workaround? Having the animation all day would be so nice.

I would take that in to the dealer.
Mine kept lighting up like a christmas tree quite regularly. ( even though the car drove ok )
After a week of investigation - it turned out to be a wiring issue.

You don't mean the light bar on at anytime ?:

Deano had the coding for that further up. No need to use the micropayment apps for that.

I have that setting from Deano already, so my lightbar is always on. However that doesn't extend to the CHO/LHO animation activated by the key fob :( at least in my car.
My lightbar only comes on with the ignition.

Hi ,
Anyone tried to activate acceleration measure on display yet? I've tried to through this but can't see any added display on the dash? Just wondering if someone had tried it

What does this display, exactly? I have the accelerometer in my display, showing G-force in all 4 directions - but that's a standard setting.

Acceleration measure so I'm taking it would display 0-62 time? Yeah I know there is g force, power and torque but would be nice to have 0-62 mph measured and displayed on the dash
See that from 45s top left corner on the dash

Sweet!
I took a look and found the "Acceleration measurement" option and added it to the dash, along with power and torque.

But can't find it when scrolling through the dashboard contents and options :( only found power and torque, but torque is bugged for me and always stay a 0.

Might be one of those suppressed menu screens you get on mib2 where you need coding on the infotainment screen to put up another menu option. You then save it on Obdeleven, reboot the infotainment then it gives you an additional menu on the infotainment screen if I haven't got hold of the wrong end of the stick. E.g.. You have it on the virtual cockpit but not the infotainment screen... Think that's what you are saying.

I think I get what you're saying. I'm still a bit new to this. But yes, it seems the infotainment screen just isn't setup to use the acceleration input as is.

What I did was just set the measurement to "Active" in OBDeleven, but some more work seems to be necessary. Would be an awesome gadget to have on the dash.
