Finally got around to getting ETKA 8.1 fully functional on my spare laptop! So stoked makes life so easy for finding the original parts and compatible variants.

Where did you get it from? eBay? I bought a copy last year and it worked a treat...until I tried to use it a year later and found it was no longer “licensed”. Then I found that the hackers/coders had smartly put a time limit on its usage. A good business model for them!!

The interwebs and it costed zip.... just time going through one of my old hard drives to find all of the necessary files and instructions it took me 2 days to get it all together but now that I have everything collected it's super easy. It's even updated and does auto updates on prices and parts/cars

Replaced my battery for another Bosch S5 tonight. Why do I always try to lift the old battery out before I’ve undone the battery clamp?!? Ha ha!!

I still struggle even after I've removed the battery clamp. Either they are surprisingly heavy or I'm shockingly weak.

Quick tea break job. Fit solid sub frame mounts. Used s 24mm socket and hammer to knock out the old/new,ones lollies up the creation motorsport solid mounts with s small bit of silicon for lubrication then using s m12 nut and bolt I wound them in to position.

I got a saxo vrs race car st the moment but I saw a vag race going on on the same week end. I have always liked the leon 1m. I was looking at one and asked the bloke about it. His reply was " you could never build a car to beat his. And I might as well just go and play in my saxo..."
I just smiled and walked away. But having a look at lap times. Bearing in mind it was a damp meeting . My little saxo was only 2.3 seconds slower on our fastest laps lol. So this is the reason to build this leon and wipe the smile off the blokes face

Please come buy this 4x4 leon shell that's sitting her in Germany... take it back and **** him up with 50-50 4wd split on the Haldex. He will never be able to keep up. I beg you I want to see someone build it
