Throbbing with really gentle braking could be a small warp. You do feel a kind of knock/ throb as the warped part coms round and hits the pad.
J hook shouldn’t in my mind do that. As there are so many j’s that there should be a uniform feel as it spins round if there was a bare section you’d maybe feel a difference.
As said. I run drilled and grooved and never feel them.

I don't run drilled rotors... ever... atleast every single one I have has warped on me expensive or not

That's what I thought. Although I did also move from the stock fixed caliper to the Brembo floating caliper at the same time. The calipers themselves seem to have a bit of movement in them, so wondered if that contributed.

Gonna buy these wheels today for my Mk1 build! Just need some confirmation from you guys with the sizing! Please!

On a mk1 leon you can fit 18x8.5 et35 with 245/35/18 without rolling the fenders right?

So hypothetically because these are 18x8 et50 I can fit them on all 4 corners with 20mm PCD conversion spacers?

Then it's like they are 18x8 et30 with 235/40 tires
