Look at that, greedy sod has two engines and I don't even have a good working one. Only jealous. But seriously I,ve only read to page 20 of the RR. It just grows too quickly. Especially with all this fence staining weather that we've been having lately. Liked what I've read so far and very interested to know what effect the neuspeed ARB had on the handling of the car. My cordoba has standard ARB's and spax lowered suspension on 195/50/15 toyo t1r but the front washes out real easy.

A lot of good mods and well documented/pictured too.

Neuspeed arbs make a good difference car feels more stable all together and gets rid of the stupid arbs links that are on the Ibiza

Did a tad tonight

Down pipe wrapped

EGT blanking bung made from a M12x1.0mm brake pipe union

Turbo made up

And the turbo not quite fitting

DP seems to hit the rear engine mount not sure why yet

I need M12X1.0 for my k04, it's difficult to find that

m12x 1.0 tap do u need m8, sell them on ebay

Guess he means bolt or bung to blank the egt sensor hole off as I have

Use a m12 brake union and have some one weld the hole up

Bolted the head down tonight and made some coolant hoses up for the heater matrix and shortened the oil cooler hoses.

Also had a few things powder coated for my other engine

Inlet

Rear engine mount bracket and alternator/pas/ac bracket

Got Los done tonight

All timed up 90% of all the pipes in and sorted inlets on and LCR injectors with 4bar FPR

Just need to sort the UNOs out and put the oil filter on and fill it up with oil
