Just fitted my poly bushed dogbone mount. Would have been a 10 minute job if it wasn't for one of the bolts that hold it to the subframe snapping on me. So annoying can't even give it some welly to try it out invade the other one snaps.

I had to drill mine a little bit till I could force a screwdriver in there and twist the bloody thing out, right pita and it was raining.

Fitted a new alternator pulley solving woeful power steering vibration.

Snapped a jaw off the open end of my spanner in the process. Modified tool to accept the ring end instead.

Found out how much of a pain in the arse it is to remove the third brake light from the spoiler.

from my RR

did a bit more as its a bank holiday weekend

yesterday i started a little project

and i had some help from the GF

Did one more coat on the front this morning then moved on the the rear,
i think its ok to support the rear like this

the rears were caked in years of dust

but nothing a dremel couldnt fix

then broke out my secret weapon, the GF

and had the rears done in no time

then noticed this pipe, couldn't think what it was at first, but now i think its the fuel overflow pipe from the drain port under the fuel flap

now i have to let them sit for 24 hours before i can drive the car [:@]:censored:

Think I found and fixed my coolant leak yesterday. The pipe that the coolant temp sensor fits into was all wet, found my old non-green sensor in a wee box in the garage along with another retaining clip and o-ring so replaced the clip and ring on the car with those, dried it all up and went round the block. Doesn't seem to have leaked any more, will take it out for a proper run tonight and check it again on return.
