Not sure, would be great but it depends on what the relentless manifold can flow. 25psi but these turbos will run 30psi with meth

Excellent result there Sam, well done to you and Bill.
Proves that the Relentless mani can flow plenty.
I hope you may consider putting a cost effective kit together for us big turbo hopefuls on a budget.
Meth, cams and intake manifold :-o

Can't wait for the first drive review.

Thanks all for the nice comments. I have not driven it yet as I'm hoping to collect the car on Saturday. I'm hope it scares me :) get the blood pumping.
I just love how it holds top end power, 2.5k of full power is pretty awesome.

Bill will be adding some more powers to 2nd gear :)

The relentless mani has proved its the best manifold for k04 thats for sure. When I get the car home I have my Neuspeed rarb to go on, it's getting there :)

I've probably seen your car more than you in the last month lol, been to Bills 3 times! Still needs a clean, hope it's a priority before your RARB! Infact you don't even need that, give it to me :)

Looks rapid. Good work on the figures. The graphs look smooth, what boost is it running? So you think a bit more is to come after new fuel pump?

boost is displayed on the dyno plots 25psi, sustained. For all your airflow Junkies, 286g/s of logged airflow on the dyno. :)

egts max during power run in 5th 895'c
duty cycle max is 71%.... We are fuel limited, but its not liking much timing at all >5krpm

smallport head, no wmi, Both of which are on Sams "to do" list I think.
Cams, also likely... given the great results posted on FB from n/a cams tested on k04 car

Its not max'd out currently.. but is rapid on the road.
I have dialed in some more 2nd gear boost which I need to check today. The gear based boost is switchable so all of the 25psi can be made available by simple pedal sequence pressing.. (on the fly, if I set it that way, which I dont as normal)

Largeport should unlock some top end timing potential as will wmi..
Given egts have'nt gone daft as yet on this level of boost and low relative timing, there would seem to be scope for more.. However, the 550's are 96%IDC now whilst trying to achieve the fuel requests. Fuel pump replace first and review me thinks.

Nearly there I think. :)

Just for ref/comparisons also, which inevtiably get made for dyno to dyno, tuner to tuner..
I will expect the power to read the same at r-t e c h and JKM, but on their rollers the torque here would be more like 367lbft, as my dyno reads 16% lower torque values than theirs on avg.

348bhp/367lbft from 25psi Equivalency
