Great. Some tw*tsh1t motherf*cker scratched the crap out of the side of our car with their red piece of crap.
The car's well dirty so I can tell they wiped away the muck to inspect the scratch...and then drove off anyway.

It doesn't look like it's through the paint. Any tips?

Clean the car first! inspect the damage again

Maybe get a photo and go from there, If the scratch is not too deep you can buff it off by hand but much better results with a machine polisher...

T-cut may help as well but it depends on the damage :/

That looks like their paint left on your car.

Should come off with some t-cut.

If the dent is in the plastic bumper so you may be lucky and get it out with a hair dryer to warm it up and then push it from behind with your finger. If it's in the metal and the paint isn't broken you may be able to get a paintless dent remover to do it. Look up smart repairs.

Sorry to see this any time of year but right on crimbo just sucks.

It's in the door. So the door card and everything needs to be taken out. Unless I can find someone who uses those electromagnetic hammers to remove dents.

Can't afford this now. I'll do my best with the scratches and I'll have to enjoy a nice dent for a while

Just picked up my FR seats, need to clean them up a bit and should fit them on the weekend. Going to get some custom work done on them next year so watch out for some custom done seats lol

is it east to change the seats over? do you need to dissconnect the battery first because of the airbags? any change of error lights on the dashboard? will all mk2 leon seats fit on the same existing rails?
thanks mate

Most dent people drill a small hole somewhere out of sight and use special rods to massage the dent out then fit a small grommet once finished.
In the dealerships they usually drill the other side too.
Makes a match and people think its supposed to be there.

Pretty easy mate, disconnect battery for safety reasons. Remove the 4 bolts with a spline bit and pull the 2 connectors off carefully. I did have a friend help me to lift them out. No lights on dash which im pleased about. Just need to do the rears at some point but waiting for part from Dave.

All seats across the Leon range will fit too :)

I recently had a dent pulled out by a specialist who used a method of hot melt gluing small plastic bobbins on then using a slide hammer. Worked a treat.

Not sure IF it may be limited by dent size though.
