Goo progress bud. did you not think about buying a M10x1 t-piece from ebay to fit oil pressure and oil temp sensors up next to the filter.

also doesn't your sandwich plate have holes to fit sensors?

The 42 draft thing is good if you just want oil pressure. it doesn't work for the temp as it removes the probe from the flow :( i didn't think of that when ordering it.

So i've just ordered a T-piece to fit instead which should get the temp sender a lot closer to the oil so it should work.

got the t-piece which is m10x1 male with two female holes one m10 the other 1/8 npt (pressure sender thread for glowshift gauge).

Shame the sensor sticks down like that on the shallow sumps, doesnt on standard sump so mines ok

Looking good though mate nearly there

How much for the Leon unit? Just trying to build up the last few bits before I take the car to get map set properly. Car isn't set up as advertised when I bought it and since its off the road ATM I want to get it the way it was meant to be.

Your car is looking spot on so much progress so quickly. Slightly jealous :p
