A rattle cab be simple where the seat clips into the hook, as if you're putting them back upright

As anyone ever found the noises dash on the o/s above heater vent sound like the wiring loom not tied down properly both my cupra's suffered the same noise now...

Got 4 new Goodgear Eagle F1 Tyres, took the wheels and old tyres off and put the wheels to get powder coated! Looking forward to shiny wheels and not sliding around all over the road when its wet!

Fixed my driver side headlight as I got flashed lots last couple days - sitting down looking at the car I could see how it was blinding people

Plugged in my new diagnostics reader http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200821924243?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649.
Worked a treat - two codes relating to CTS and Clutch Pedal Switch. Parts ordered and booked into garage for Friday.

Whispered to it that it will be cleaned soon and not to worry. :D

Not on the offside but the dash rattle I had on the nearside I traced back to a loose passenger airbag mounting bolt, tightened that up after removing the glovebox and it went away :)

for the offside, have you checked the bolts holding the fusebox into the end of the dash? Trying to think of items around that area that could rattle.

Have you had the pillar trim off at any point, maybe a loose clip?

Fitted an AUX interface from connects2 to the original aura radio, routed the cable through the ash tray, so when its closed it looks completly standard. Anybody thinking about it should go for it, is an abdolute breeze to fit, 20 mins at most start to finish.

I thought that but have padded the clip restraints out with some duct tape which has stopped that, could it be the ones at the bottom that pivot the seats back and forth?

Had the seats down with a load of bin bags in today and that seemed to stop it rattling so much, my parcel shelf seems to bounce around pretty happily too
