I could have sold the LCR with 55K on the clock for 5-6 grand and spent another 20grand on getting something new with good power or spend less money on my car that I think is a good car anyway making it "one off".

Everyone has their own taste, I chose the latter

After seeing your car in action this make so much sense, it's definitely one of kind. I've decided at some point in my life I must own a car this bonkers.

This is why I don't think I will get in his car again. Get the urge to do it :banghead2

You don't need to go stroker like I have that is a big part of the £ as you need new pistons crank etc. you don't have to have a port and polish head either which will save money. Essentially you need :

Turbo
Oil And coolant lines
Manifold
Downpipe
Intake pipe
Charge pipe
Injectors
Fuel pump
Rods
Remap

You should have most of the rest like FMIC etc

This would see you into the 400hp territory depending on turbo.You also don't need a SEM mani or throttle bodies, again saving £.

.63/.86 is the A/R (aspect ratio) of the turbo hot side. Basically the bigger it is, the longer it takes to fill with exhaust gas, which in turn takes longer to spin the turbine and create boost. The advantage to a larger hot side is it will have more top end power.

I chose the larger one as I have a stroker system which creates more exhaust gas as its a 2.0 engine rather than a 1.8 which means good spool and good top end. (best of both worlds)

Would you mind PM'ing me breakdown prices as to what this has cost so i can use as guide so maybe/hopefully i can do a similar thing to my Cupra after my MK2 ;)
