I polished mine and they lasted ages, If the paint is good you can get away with just lacquireing them, we only re painted Tom's cos he had paint missing off them in places

Wow bloody gorgeous this car! Has the camber on the wheels been changed at all?

The reason why I ask is because when I lowered my ep3 civic type r I brought a set of front and rear camber adjustable arms and had a fast road setup carried out. This was highly recommend on the civic scene to stop in uneven tyre wear and for a good handling setup.......don't tend to read a lot about the same thing on this forum when people lower there cars.

They've come out great! What products/technique did you use? With regards to keeping the clear bits clear... if that makes sense?

Look forward to seeing them fitted :)

James.

Nice one.

It'll look similar to Darren's going by the pictures.

They are pretty much identical to D.K's I was asking him if his were done with paint or tinting film a couple of weeks back.

Cheers James,

I used frog tape and masked off the clear area. I used tinting spray from Motorworld, once they were dark enough I un-masked the clear area, lightly smoothed them with wet and dry and give them a coat of clear PU lacquer to seal it all. Definately wont get through an MOT.

Very nice, i must get off my hole and do this to..

look forwrad to seeing these on then i can try and fail at doin them lol

Cheers for the comments, just checked them this morning. In the poor light of my back room one light looks slightly lighter then the other:censored: I'll have to get them on the car and see what they're like.
