You mentioned you are finding it hard to get a decent aluminium welder to do some IC piping.
There is a bloke i know up close to Bham Uni in Selly Oak who fixes alloys, he does a lot of fabrication, mainly things like motorcycle petrol tanks.
His number is 0121 414 1794, can't remember his name But just say that you fixed an alloy for a friend and i am sure he can sort something out for you.

Mo, i bet your coming up against the same issue as me regarding BHP, my actuator wont hold 26psi for long, it falls off quickly when you get there, ive been advised a Forge actuator, my cars currently putting out 212bhp with 158lbs, my mapper rekons if i had forge actuator fitted could hold boost all day and prob hit 230+ BHP.
also i wanted to know if different N75 valves have to do with holding more boost for longer as im running a 'E' variant currently.
